UAE: 3-5 working days. Free shipping on orders above 500 AED, or 35 AED if less.
KSA: 5-7 working days. Free shipping on orders above 2000 AED, or 75 AED if less.
Rest of the World (US and Canada): 5-7 working days. 100 AED for orders under 1000 AED, free shipping above 1000 AED.
All shipments are handled by FedEx and are fully insured.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a complimentary return for a refund to the original form of payment or exchange for a different variation of the same item.
Returns and exchanges are valid for orders placed within UAE or Saudi Arabia only.
We provide an insured, prepaid label. Once generated, you have 7 days to scan your package at a local FedEx location.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item within 10 business days to ensure it meets our guidelines.
The item must be in brand new, unworn condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are calculated based on the original payment method:
- Cash on Delivery: 100% refund plus a 35 AED delivery charge for UAE or 100 AED for KSA.
- Tabby: 9% deduction plus a 35 AED delivery charge for UAE or 100 AED for KSA.
- Debit or Credit Card: 4% deduction plus a 35 AED delivery charge for UAE or 100 AED for KSA.
The deducted amounts and delivery charges will be added as a credit to your account, which you can use for future purchases.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it’s still in brand new condition.
Refunds may take 5-10 working days to appear on your bank statement.
